At one point when I was younger, I used to collect the oddest things. One thing that I had a ton of was pens. I still have a ton of pens, too. But the odder one was the collection of golf balls that I had. I don’t know why, or where they came from, but I had a bunch of different colored balls. I still have a few lingering about, but I don’t know where they came from. My father wasn’t a golfer, no one I knew golfed either. So I really don’t know where the first one ever came from.
But yes, I had an odd collection of golf balls, including a fluorescent orange one that is still lingering around the house today. *shrug* I’m odd, so it fits.

I know that my posts have been fairly sparse lately, I just haven’t had much motivation to post a whole lot. I’ve got stuff going on that’s keeping my busy, which isn’t a bad thing. Today is also supposed to be the first day of my Tax classes. I’m excited about that, really. I think, however, that I need to make a call about it because I’m not seeing anything on the site so that I can get started.
I opted to do the class online, because of all the flakiness in Rob’s work schedule and all the appointments that are all over the place, time and day wise. It would be nice to take the classes in the classroom setting, but I know it just won’t work for me right now. I already contacted my facilitator about how to start the class, so hopefully soon I’ll know what I need to do.
Rob needs to fax my letter back to them when he gets off work, too. Hopefully he’ll remember to do it. That may be what the holdup is, since it probably should have been sent back last week. I just hadn’t decided for sure until the last minute whether I was going to do the online or classroom environment. Hopefully she’ll contact me soon and let me know what’s going on.

So, I missed the premiere of the new 90210 series, but I managed to snag myself a copy and watch it today. It’s definitely not the old 90210, but there are a few familiar faces, including Kelly and Brenda, but especially Nat. I think I’m going to enjoy watching the new series quite a bit. There are children of the originals, which is scary to think about, but it’s quite appropriate. Kelly’s little sister is a teenager even, along with Andrea and Jesse’s daughter Hannah.
I’m looking forward to watching more of the series. Hopefully I’ll enjoy the rest as much as I do the first two episodes. It’s nice to see Lori Loughlin in a decent show. I didn’t care for Summerland, even tho she was in it. It’s also weird to see Shannen Doherty back as Brenda after being in Charmed. I kind of hope more of the older characters make a few appearances.
Anyway, that’s my thoughts on that.
