Despite being awake until 3am, I was up and out of the house by 9:30 to head to the store. Yesterday’s car fiasco left us without meat. Not good, right? Right. So, we headed out and got the rest of the stuff we needed, came home and put it away, all in time for Rob to go get his check and get to the bank before noon. Shocking what I can get done on so little sleep.
Today’s mail delivery brought me a box from Joann.com *bounce* with the most beautiful baby yarn so that I can make a baby blanket for a friend after I finish the Christmas gifts. I seriously want more of that color, but I can’t until after the holidays are over. I can’t wait to finish off the stuff I have in progress so I can move on to new projects. 
But yeah, today was definitely a better day so far. I just need to get off my arse and get some stuff done around here. I’d rather have a nap, though. Maybe later, if I get everything done. Yes, I’m giving myself motivation!
