I have to wonder sometimes, how many people who wear watches even look at them any more. With all the time we spend on the computer, using a cell phone or any other personal device (it seems to me at least) do people really need to own a watch? Sure, it could be said that you don’t have access to those devices in a doctor’s office, but that’s not true. You don’t turn off your cell phone, do you? I don’t. My iPod even shows the time on the top of the screen.
Now that leaves me with the question of why someone would want to buy an Audemars Piguet watch for someone. Yes, they’re fantastic watches, I don’t deny that. Hey if I had expendable cash I’d buy myself one. But in general, why would a person with budgetary constraints buy one?
The things people do…

Speaking for myself, I haven't worn a watch in years! I use my cell phone or some other appliance, the tv,or laptop usually! My hubby however, has always worn one, and his recently broke and it's driving him nuts! Even with it being broke, he still looks at his arm out of habit.
