Title: Enjoy the Outdoors Without Being There

Who doesn’t enjoy sitting outside on a bright sunny day? Well, if you’re like millions of Americans you have allergies, and this time of year is nothing short of murder on your sinuses. Instead of hiding indoors unless you have to leave, you can still enjoy the outdoors thanks to a Richmond Four Seasons Sunroom from Creative Energy Exteriors. As a leading Richmond Home Improvement company, Creative Energy Exteriors has a huge selection of Richmond Siding and Windows that will improve the overall look and feel of your home, and they’re experts at installing four season sunrooms that expand the home and allow enjoyment of the outdoors all year long – without actually having to deal with the elements. If you’re interested in expanding your home, check them out online or visit their showroom. You’ll be happy you did.

I’ve been wanting to go back to college, possible even continue on from where I left off. I’d love to be able to further my education, but I can’t, so I’ve been trying to talk my husband into furthering his education. He’s only a high school graduate, which isn’t that great any more.

I’ve been looking at different schools, but have recently come across the University of Scranton. They offer an AACSB (Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business) accredited MBA online degree. If I was the one going back to school, this would be what I’d choose to do. Why?

1) 100% Online – No classrooms, no commute, no dealing with other people or feeling silly because I’m 33 and trying to go back to school.
2) 2 year Program – Most MBA’s take 3-4 years to complete. With this program you can complete in 2 years.
3) Convenience – Can’t make it to class at the time its offered in a traditional setting? No problem, being 100% online, you can complete the classes when it’s convenient to you.

The only real drawback I can see is having to be completely self directed. Sure, you have others that are in your classes to communicate with, along with your professors, but without the classroom setting, it’s harder to force yourself to do the work and get it done.

Rebounding DVD For The Cellerciser

“We may not be able to avoid the aging process, but I really believe with the Cellercise Program we can avoid the symptoms of the aging process.” — David Hall

That is the point of this new Rebounding DVD for the Cellerciser. In this DVD you learn the how and the why you should be exercising on a Cellerciser. David Hall himself explains everything you need to know about how to achieve optimal health through rebounding. But Cellercising is more than just exercising on a rebounder. In fact, David Hall doesn’t even call the Cellerciser a rebounder because the Cellerciser is the best rebounder on the planet. The patented springs and unparalleled mat set the Cellerciser apart into a class of its own. It may looks somewhat like what you might see in a sporting goods store or in infomercials but as soon as you step on the Cellerciser, you instantly see that this is not an ordinary rebounder. The Cellerciser’s patented triple-tiered tapered spring barrel is the only spring that actually adjusts to the users weight and jump height. The Cellerciser mat never stretches and always provides ultimate support – lifting users straight up regardless of the landing angles. These are incredibly important features for safe and effective exercise that you will only find on the Cellerciser.

If you need more reasons for why you should be rebounding on the Cellerciser, David Hall has just released a new rebounding DVD. In his rebounding workout DVD Cellercise The Ultimate Exercise Rebounding Workout DVD you learn the following:

  • What Is Cellercise?: Over an hour long presentation at his Extreme Health seminar where David Hall gives amazing demonstrations and clearly explains why NASA has stated that Cellercise is the best exercise ever devised by man.
  • Cellercise Set-Up / Maintenance: This is a short section because there’s not much to do to set up your Cellerciser. Nevertheless, you see how to unfold your Cellerciser and some tips for keeping it in good shape.
  • The 10-Minute Workout!: David Hall goes over 14 different exercises that you can use in your 10-minute daily workout.
  • Personal Trainer: David Hall acts as your very own personal trainer giving you specific exercises to target the places you want to target. For example, there are exercise to build muscle mass, improve digestion, improve vision, enhance balance, and the best abdominal exercises you will ever see. There are even exercises to target under your chin or the part of your arm that keeps waiving good-bye when your hand stops moving – one of my favorites.
  • Testimonials: There are over 10 minutes of testimonials to keep you motivated. Real people tell their real stories about how the Cellerciser has changed their lives for the better. It’s amazing to hear about the dramatic effects people experience improving their health through Cellercise.

This really is the best rebounding DVD I have ever watched because, not only do you learn a ton of different exercises to do, you also learn why you do them. So, check out the Cellerciser and the new rebounding DVD and watch your health improve by leaps and bounds. (I couldn’t resist the pun)

Week End

This is the week that never ends,
This is the week that goes on, my friend.

I swear, this has been the single longest week in my life, despite it also feeling like the shortest. Holidays screw me up, as does my husband not working. Silly jobs that think you need a week or two off for vacation! It’s one of those weeks where I could have used one of those Outer Banks rentals to escape to. It’s been a lot of go go go. I don’t mind, really, because the next few weeks will be a lot of stay stay stay because of the financial situation.

Thankfully, I’m thrifty enough to have enough money tucked away in savings that the week of no pay for the husband won’t kill us completely. We’re going out tonight again, so it’s time to get dressed to get ready to head on out. Maybe post later with a few pictures from the last couple weeks.

If you’re a big woman like I am, have you ever been told that you should ‘try this’ pill/diet/whatever? I know I’ve heard it more than once in my life. I’ve been big all my life, but does anyone bother to ask me if there’s a medical reason for it? Nope, they don’t care. Sure, they’re looking out for my health and I understand that, but come on, have you read the reviews for this crap that you’re trying to push?

For instance, have you read the lipofuze reviews? I know that there are pills that will help with weight loss, but I’m not sure that anything advertised on television or the Internet and not recommended by a doctor is the right thing to be taking. Besides, it’s just encouraging people to not find out if there is something medically wrong with them first.

I’ve been tempted, but the pills wouldn’t work for me since I have other problems.

I have a major case of the randoms sometimes. For Instance, I listen to many genres of music. My play list has opera, classical, jazz, polka, rock, country and more on it. I also like completely random things that most people don’t think of. I cook Chinese food, but there isn’t a drop of Asian in my bloodline anywhere. I craft. I crochet, but lately, I’ve been itching to get my hands on some custom rubber stamps to design shirts. I’m not sure why, other than all the cute shirts are for tiny girls and I’m not a tiny girl.

So yeah, that’s my attack of random for the day. What’s yours?

As I said in my last post, Wednesday was where the fun really began for the week. We had a couple errands to run and I had to go to see the mechanic. We thought that the car was alright, since we hadn’t had to put more fluid into it so we went and made arrangements to get the front tires changed. By the time we got ready to head home, we found the leaking power steering fluid, so we called when we got home and let the mechanic know there was more problems.

Thursday, we chilled until it was time to head down so Rob could go to his meeting at work and I could get the car fixed. He tok it in and lo and behold, there were two leaks. The power steering hose was leaking, as was the oil pressure switch. Nice, right? He fixed the oil pressure switch, but couldn’t fix the hose since it would take too long to get one. He also changed the front tires. We made arrangements to fix the hose on Tuesday, so that’s where I will be Tuesday morning.

Friday, we did nothing other than go pick up a pizza, since we’re trying not to go far with it. Today, we went to pick up a couple things for lunch for the week, since Rob is off for another week and ended up getting everything for a ‘cook out’. We don’t have an outdoor gril, since we left it at my sister’s last Sunday, so I used one of my indoor grills and it turned out just as good. :)

Tomorrow, we’re not doing anything, staying home for a day. Monday, we’ll stay home until evening, then there’s an event I want to go to, plus I need to pick up medication. I also want to look at a tv mount so that we can put our television up on a wall instead of having it as close to the bed it is. I worry about bumping into it in my sleep and since it’s an LCD, it has a soft screen that could be destroyed without a second thought.

Tuesday will be car repair and then possibly grocery shopping, depending on time. We’ll see.

Slackin’

I’ve been slackin’ on posting, I admit it. But, the hubby has been on vacation all week and we’ve been busy. Monday, we didn’t do much during the day, since Sunday was so busy, but Monday night, Rob and I went to the Valley to listen to some good Polka (Yes I really said Polka) music. That was a bit of a fiasco, trying to find where it was being held at. Everything said that it was being held at Elderwood (the local nursing facility) but it didn’t look like anything was going on there. We tried the other locations and nothing there, so we about gave up and went to the Auto Parts store to pick up some power steering fluid and oil. We tried one more time and found out that, rather than set up outside, the event was being held indoors. We missed about half of the event, but what we got to see was good.

As mentioned above, I had to get power steering fluid. That put a bit of a damper on the week, since we discovered that we had a leak. Tuesday, we stayed home and just relaxed. Mostly played around online, looking at some different skin care products to see if I could find something that will stop all the breakouts that I’ve been getting lately. You’d think that at 33, I wouldn’t have to worry about breaking out so much, but it seems to be worse than it was when I was a teenager.

Wednesday is where the fun begins, though, and that’s where I’ll pick up from later, since the hubby is wanting lunch.
