Today wasn’t quite so bad. I was scheduled to cover a planning board meeting. The meeting didn’t happen, though. We did spend 3 hours chatting. It was nice. It wasn’t one of those myrtle beach vacation rentals, but it was a nice switch. I got out of the house, got to talk to people other than my husband and mother, which is what I need from time to time.
Tomorrow is a chill day, then Thursday is the Town board meeting. I don’t have to cover it, but I plan to attend. It’s better for me to be informed to cover other things, especially since the two boards work together. Friday is a chill day, then Saturday? No idea what’s going on. I might find something to do.
I need to get ahold of Barb about my cookies. I’m grumpy cuz I haven’t heard from her about them.
Now I’m off to write my editor an email, then chill to listen to New Moon. Just a week and a half til the movie comes out! *squee*
